I think we both did great! I don't like that the race organizers do not use your chip time as an official time, but I am using it! I went into this race just wanting to run the whole thing and take it easy since I had not properly prepared for 6 miles. I ran this 10K faster than the last time I ran it, but 3 seconds and I ran a little bit farther! I ran 6.29 miles in 1:03:54, which is a pace of 10:09 per mile! You can view my route here. I was very proud of Scott for completing the run! It was tough for him since he had not ran this far before. I highly recommend preparing adequately for any race you run, no matter the distance! There weren't any pictures of me that I could find :( but, here we are at the truck when we were leaving!
