July 6th: HIIT workout in 11:11 with a 0.25 cool down run and 0.25 cool down walk.
July 9th: HIIT workout in 12:50 and 0.50 cool down run.
July 10th: HIIT workout in 17:14.
July 14th: HIIT workout in 15:51 and 0.11 cool down walk in 1:59.
July 16th: Run outside 2.61 miles in 31:35 (very hot) and WOW, I was drained! Here is my route.
August 6th: 1.23 run in 13:12 and 0.78 run/walk in 10:13. I ran the first half and then walked the rest. Here are my routes respectively.
August 8th: Outside run 2.52 miles in 30:18. Here is my route. Man, it is hot out here!

August 10th: 1 mile run in 10:18 and 0.18 cool down in 2:09. Here is my 1 mile run route.
August 11th: Ran 2.625 miles outside in 30:11. Here is my run route.
August 12th: HIIT workout (legs)
August 13: Ran 2.01 miles in 22:48 then ran/walked 0.90 miles in 11:54 then a core workout in 2:49. Here is my route outside.
August 15th: Ran 2.60 miles in 30:28 and ran 1 mile inside in 9:16. Here is my route outside.
August 16th: HIIT arms workout at home in 13:35.
August 17th: I ran on the treadmill today for 3.01 miles in 31:21 then did a core workout in 3:09. Even though it was on a treadmill, I still have data! Check it out.
August 19th: 2 miles on the treadmill in 20:26 and HIIT leg workout in 14:38. Here is my treadmill data.
August 20th: Treadmill run in 31:29. Here is my data from this run.
August 22nd: PCS 5K 3.10 miles in 32:49. Check out my run! I walked up a big hill...but over all i did pretty good! Here I am when I got done :)
August 26th: 2.0 miles on campus in 20:09 and a 0.28 mile cool down walk and core workout in 16:17
