September 3rd: I swam 600 yards with a total time of 11:16 in a 30 minute workout. I did the following routine:

Totaling 600 yards in 11:16.September 6th: I ran 2 miles in 19:42 with a 9:50 minutes per mile pace.
September 11th: I did an amazing 45 minutes spin class! I LOVE these classes!
September 12th: I swam 800 yards in 14:28. Here is my workout routine:

September 14th: I ran 3.01 miles on a treadmill at the spa :) at the Grand Casino in Biloxi! It was amazing...I ran it in 29:01, which gave me a 9:38 minutes per mile pace! I also did some squats with a 15lb dumbbell and worked on my abs.
September 17th: I ran 3 miles on the treadmill on campus in 29:05 giving me a pace of 9:41 minutes per mile.
September 18th: Another GREAT spin class for 45 minutes!
September 24th: I swam 850 yards in 17:29. I think you can see why I seemed slower...right in the middle I did 600 straight! Also, if you account for 2 seconds per turn around, you can feasibly take off 46 seconds leaving my "close to actual" time at 11:54 (and this is more than the 0.3 of a mile for the Tri which is 587 not 600). I swam the Tri swim in 11:38! So, I did close to the same!

September 27th: I ran the Color Run on campus, 3.10 miles in 29:42 with a pace of 9:54 minutes per mile. It was great...even though I got a face full of blue chalk right at the beginning! Below is a picture of me and some ADPi ladies: Lakelyn, Sarah, and Lauren :)
September 28th: I ran 2.74 miles at the Heartwalk. I was kind of disappointed! It was supposed to be a 5K, but when I got done...it was only 2.74. I ran it in 28:37, which gave me a pace of 10:27. I know, slower than the night before...but I was still tired! I also think I do better with a run after work, rather than in the morning!
September 30th: Spinning...it's what's for lunch! I felt so great, I had to take a picture!
Whew! I should have separate posts for all of those...but I think I like it together like this! I might start doing twice a month posts, or once a month posts like I have been doing. Here's to the next workout! Until then...
