Even though I went 37 miles in Spartans alone in the month of October, i was still ready to get right to it when November hit! Here are my workouts for November and my progress towards my new lifestyle :)

November 3rd:I ran a treadmill run of 2.01 miles in 19:54 (9:54 pace) then did a 10:06 Core and Glutes workout.

Check out my continued transformation. Here I am from June, then September, to November:

Hobble then Gobble 5 mile run

I was super pumped for this day. I have been doing better with my running and was excited to break a 50:00 time for a 5 mile run. I have never run in Lake Serene before and knew it would be a beautiful run! Check me out before my run!

I did an excellent job running the whole thing, right at 4.99 miles...we will just say 5 miles! :) I ran it in 46:52, which is a pace of 9:22! This was awesome for me since I had not been below that 10 minute per pile beyond 3 miles in seemingly...ever! haha
You can view my route here. This was a beautiful day and nice run. I look forward to possibly running it again. Here I am below after the race with one of my favorite medals...a turkey leg!!

Here's to the next workout! Until then...
