October 2015 workouts

October 2015 was a big month for me! I had 3 Spartans planned for this month! I will do a post separately about those, but here are the rest of my October workouts:

October 3rd: International Championship Spartan Beast at Lake Tahoe! *Separate post* 

October 7th: I ran 2.01 miles in 19:34 (9:45 pace) then did a 9:49 HIIT workout

October 12th: I ran 2.11 miles in 20:05 (9:31 pace) then did a 9:55 HIIT workout

October 13th: I ran 2.02 miles in 20:01 (9:54 pace) then did a 5:16 HIIT workout

October 15th: I ran 2.14 miles in 20:44 (9:42 pace) then did a 7:02 HIIT workout

October 17th: Alabama Super Spartan *separate post* 

October 19th: I ran 1.52 miles in 14:52 (9:45 pace) then did a 12:17 HIIT workout

October 21st: I ran 2.65 miles in 25:12 (9:31 pace) then walked in (0.12 miles) in 2:52

October 23rd: I ran 1 mile in 8:31! Then I walked 0.42 of a mile in 8:45 then did a 6:32 HIIT workout

October 24th: I did our Running with Ronald 1 mile fun run with Khloe in 15:53 and walked the mile in 10:43! I walked it faster than we "ran" it!

October 26th: I ran 1 mile on the track in 7:45 :) then did a core workout for 14:48

October 28th: I ran 2.20 miles outside in 21:04 (9:34 pace) 

October 31st: Dallas Spartan Beast *separate post*

My biggest loss is on my hips and the back of my legs! It is not about losing weight, it is about getting stronger and building on my foundation. My goal is to eat healthy (fats, carbs, and protein) each meal and to be sure to workout regularly. This is part of that commitment! Here's to the next workout! Until then...
