September 2015 workouts

Well it looks as though I have been out of the loop with my blogging! I wanted to be sure to include workouts that I had done, so here are my September 2015 workouts. Most of my runs were between outside and a treadmill and my HIIT workouts were not written down because I would wing it when i got in the gym! But, they did include a lot of planks, squats, wall sits, push ups, lunges, and so on! I am still doing the Natalie Jill 4 week jump start and I LOVE it! I have lost just 7 pounds, but my inches are falling off of me! I am toning up and tightening up too! 

September 1st: 1.51 treadmill run in 15:10 and a leg HIIT workout in 12:58 

September 2nd: 2.02 campus run in 20:59 and a cor workout in 3:55

September 4th: Treadmill run of 1.51 miles in 15:09 and arms workout with core in 10:29

September 8th: Total HIIT workout in 15:41

September 11th: Treadmill run of 2.01 miles in 20:08, then I did a HIIT workout for 10:34

September 12th: I worked out in Mobile with my sister-in-law. First I ran a mile on the track in about 9:15, then we did legs and arms pretty hard!

September 16th: Total HIIT workout in 21:31

September 17th: 2 miles around the track in the Payne Center in 21:32

Here is a mid-month picture to show my progress. At this point I am down 7 pounds and 12 inches!


September 18th: I ran around campus, 1.56 miles in 15:12 and did a 12:55 HIIT

September 21st: I did a treadmill run of 1.51 miles in 15:05 and I did a 9:04 HIIT

September 22nd: I ran 2.02 miles in 19:05 and paced 9:28 and then did 9:01 HIIT

September 23rd: I ran 1.25 miles on the treadmill in 12:04 then did a 10:01 HIIT

September 24th: I ran outside, 2.63 miles in 25:07. I am becoming more consistently faster. then I did a 9:02 HIIT

September 28th: I ran 1.75 miles in 16:39, a pace of 9:31 and then did a HIIT for 9:49

September 29th: I ran 1.51 miles on the treadmill in 14:42 and then did 9:15 of HIIT

September 30th: I ran 1.51 miles on the treadmill in 14:57 and then did 9:00 of HIIT

I did end up going 25 miles in the month of September. It seems like a lot until I realize that I have 3 Spartans coming up in October! AHH! I cannot wait. Here's to the next month of workouts! Until then...
