February 2014 Workouts

It seems as though time literally has slipped right on by me!! I did a few more workouts in January and then, BAM, I pulled a muscle in my back...BAD! SO I stopped Body Rock and went for a smoother workout regime and just ran for a while. Here are the work outs I did in February:

February 5th - Treadmill run, 2.01 miles in 19:58. My average pace was 9:55 per mile

February 8th - Haliegh's birthday party! We skated...and oh did I skate! I got an hour on those roller skates!

February 9th - Biggest Loser Run...more on a separate post!

February 11th - Cycle class at the Payne Center for 45 minutes...kicked my butt!

February 24th - Campus run for 2.12 miles. I completed it in 22:00, with a pace of 10:21 per mile. Not very good, but at least I ran. You can view my course here.

I hate that I took so long to post these workouts! I have been active...actually very active! Here's to the next workout! Until then...
