Body Rock Fit Test

Well hey there! It has been some time since I have written about my workouts...I have stuck to softball lately to recover from the Ride Yellow event last month. So, yesterday I decided that it had been long enough with me not doing body rock. I need that structure and short bursts of energy. I decided to start from a beginning and do a fit test. It was so HARD! I did pretty good though, with decent scores. Here is my workout:

Workout: Fit Test, 8 minutes with 50 seconds work and 10 seconds rest
#1 Squat Jumps [32]
#2 Push-ups [23]
#3 Burpees [15]
#4 High Knees [154]
#5 Switch Lunges [40]
#6 Tricep Dips [28]
#7 Tuck Jumps [27]
#8 Straight Abs [21]

These scores were not too bad for having only done one 4 minutes workout since April 29th! I definitely want to build on this and get back to doing this 5 times a week. There is no reason that I cannot do this kind of workout and run 2-3 miles, or swim at lunch and do this in the morning or evening. I was already sore before I went to bed and today I am feeling the burn! I love this feeling and am not sure why I stopped! Here's to the next workout! Until then...
