Superhero Skedaddle 5K

I wanted to kick off the year right with a good 5k, so I went to Mobile and did just that! What I didn't prepare for is that my time, which was normal to me, would actually place me for the first time in a 5K run! It was great!! Check me out!

This was a fun, but challenging run on South Alabama's campus. It was a bit cold, but nice when I was finished! Here's to the next workout! Until then...
